I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and modern, the staff was friendly, and I felt like I was in a 5.5-star luxurious place. The coffee was fantastic but I wish the service could have been a bit more efficient.

The location was beautiful, and I really enjoyed the private jacuzzis available until 10 pm. However, it was a bit far from the beach side large hotel complexes.

I stayed at the hotel for just over 2 weeks. The rooms were spacious with a nice additional cushioned area for lounging or an extra bed area, but it was really loud. The service was exceptional throughout with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was nice with a big pool and a few jacuzzis and a bar, but it was next to a busy road. The dining experience was acceptable, but sometimes difficult, with organic products. Overall, the hotel had some positives but also some drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a balcony with views of the beautiful back garden and swimming pool. The only downside was the room getting too hot at times, making it difficult to sleep.

The service was top-notch with friendly and attentive staff. From the very helpful Abigail and young Antonio to the friendly Rosalia, Jose, Brenda, and the personable lifeguard, Jhonny, everyone made our stay memorable.

The location was nice, allowing us to chill out at the pool area, though the AC in the room was a bit troublesome. Despite this, being around the locals and learning to use local transport was a unique experience.
